About Me

#ootd from last week's event @ted_baker #vscocam #prgirl #killeverygram #igersdubai

HI! MY NAME IS MYLA LAUREL

I’m a Digital Marketing Executive in a PR company called TishTash.

FACTS ABOUT ME

  • I started this blog because I love taking photos and thought it will be a waste not to share and write something about it
  • My partner is obsessed with food. He is actually the real foodie and the one who introduced me to Indian food which is now one of my all time favourite food ever!
  • I used to be a rockstar (just kidding) I am a music lover – I grew up with a musically inclined environment
  • One of my dream is to see the biggest Music Festivals in UK and travel around Europe I already did!
  • I wanted to study arts but ended up in a Computer study field (which I am so glad)
  • I can speak three languages (English, Tagalog and Bisaya)
  • If I were in a death row my last meal request would be a Lasagna (updated 15/01/15) Texas Roadhouse Steak with mashed and gravy!

Thanks for stopping by our blog! We had fun in Dubai but I find it hard to imagine living there – don’t do well in heat! How does your pug feel about the heat?

My pleasure. You guys are inspiring! Glad to have stumbled on your blog. I really enjoyed reading your adventures. It’s quite hard living here during summer but you will get use to it eventually – esp I came from a tropical country. It’s not so hard to adjust. Well, my pug is so lazy so we just walk him to do his toilet and back quickly. 🙂

Salamat for liking my post about date shakes, Myla! Since you’re in Dubai, have you come across them?

When I think of food in the Philippines (and Filipino food), spicy is the last word that comes to mind. Condensed milk on the other hand… can you recommend hot dishes?
